POR-A-MOLD

(Urethane Molding Systems)

 

Por-A-Mold is a two-part mould making system made of liquid urethane rubber, which cures at room temperature. Each system has unique physical properties varying in strength, flexibility, abrasion resistance, and hardness. This allows the user to choose the ideal Por-A-Mold system designed for their specifications.

Por-A-Mold is easy to use both in mixing and curing. Most Por-A-Mold systems can be measured one to one by volume, eliminating the need for expensive weighing equipment, and are cured at room temperature without the use of special heating elements.

Whichever of our excellent moulding materials you choose, from our flexible, multi-purpose "S-333," to our line of spreadable thixotropics for vertical surfaces, you'll find Por-A-Mold's ease of use extends beyond its simple mix ratios and short room temperature cure time

POR-A-KAST

(Urethane Casting Systems)
  

POR-A-KAST is a liquid urethane casting material. This two-part room temperature curing system is measured at equal volumes (1 to 1); therefore, no special equipment is required for weighing or curing. Por-A-Kast quickly cures at room temperature. It can be tooled, turned, drilled, ground, sanded, pigmented, stained, and filled, yet has the high strength typical of more flexible materials. This means that Por-A-Kast can be trusted for thin delicate parts as well as parts requiring a machine finish

Por-A-Kast resins pour like water, so they will pick up the most minute detail, down to a fingerprint!
