Por-A-Mold
Two part, room temperature curing, polyurethane rubber mould making systems.

 PAM 2000  Shore A 20 (soft)  Excellent for deep undercuts, capturing fine detail, strength, elasticity and ease of use.  SynLube 531
 PAM 111  Shore A 20 (soft)  Excellent for deep undercuts, capturing fine detail, and elasticity.  SynLube 531
 PAM TA 111  Shore A 20 (soft)  PAM 111 in a spreadable paste form. It can be brushed or trowelled on to the master's surface.   SynLube 531
 PAM 333  Shore A 35 (med.)  A multi-purpose mold making compound. Good for deep undercuts, excellent for capturing detail.   SynLube 531
 PAM TA 333  Shore A 35 (med.)  PAM 333 in a spreadable paste form. It can be brushed or trowelled on to the master's surface.   SynLube 531

Sil-Mold
Two part, room temperature curing, silicone rubber mold making systems.

 SI 12  Shore A 12 (soft)  For use with polyester, polyurethane, and hydrostone resins for casting very intricate masters such as figurines and gift-ware. Very flexible with high elongation.  SynLube 531

Knead-A-Mold
Two part, room temperature curing, silicone rubber mold making putty.

 SP 25  Shore A 25
(soft)		  For use with polyester, polyurethane, plaster, epoxy, hydrostone resins, etc. Knead-A-Mold can be used for casting very intricate masters such as figurines and gift-ware, and does not require a release agent.  SynLube 531

Por-A-Kast
Two part, room temperature curing, urethane casting resins.
 PRODUCT  HARDNESS  SUGGESTED APPLICATION  RELEASE AGENT
 PAK MARK 1  Shore D 73  Very hard, yet has the strength typical of more flexible materials. Excellent for thin parts and parts that require mechanical finishing.  Synlube 531
 PAK MARK 2  Shore D 73  Similar to PAK MARK 1, only it is stark white in colour rather than ivory. Used for a variety of end use products for the arts, inventors, industry, etc.  Synlube 531
 PAK MARK 3  Shore D 72  Used for fast reproduction of patterns, sculptures, prototypes, architectural models, decorative design, etc., with a working time of 3 minutes.  Synlube 531
 PAK MARK 15  Shore D 72  Provides a working time of 15 minutes, commonly used for large pours where a long pot life is advantageous.  Synlube 531
 CLEAR CAST  Shore D84  A clear casting resin with optimum optical clarity and resists yellowing. Provides a working time of 25 mins.  For best surface clarity use in platinum cured silicone moulds (eg SIL-MOLD)
 PAK TA  Shore D 75  A spreadable thixotropic paste, designed for vertical surfaces with a working life of at least 15 minutes. Excellent for back-up "Mother Moulds". IMPORTANT! When using Por-A-Kast TA as a rigid mold housing, you MUST run a test batch before using this product to insure it's compatibility with the mold making material used for the flexible inner mold, and to test the releasing capabilities of the release agent used. Por-A-Kast TA is an excellent product; however, it is very aggressive and WILL BOND TO THE FLEXIBLE INNER MOLD if proper precautions are not used.  * A generous build-up of paste wax. * Paste wax slurry consisting of paste wax thinned with mineral spirits then repeatedly brushed on to the inner mold until a sufficient barrier has been created. layers of saran wrap and petroleum jelly. * Synluble 531 repeatedly applied then allowed to dry until a visual residue builds-up on the mold surface. * With all of the above options, please pay careful attention to indentations and undercuts in the mold.
 PAK Flexible Casting Resin  Shore A 90  A flexible casting resin for decorative mouldings and architectural components as a replication for wood. It can be stained, cut, sanded, and flexed.  SynLube 531
 POR-A-FOAM  NA  Utilised as a backup mold material or as a void filler where a rigid mid-density foam is required.  SynLube 531
